WEEKEND STRENGTH CLUB!

Welcome to the Weekend Strength Club in Culver City, California. This is private weekend strength training group in which you get to learn proper technique, accurate loading and the correct progression of weightlifting movements. Beginners are highly encouraged to join!

LEARN

This strength training class is about understanding movements and the principles that are involved in weightlifting. Making our bodies stronger requires us to put our muscles under load. Learning why and how to do exercises correctly keeps you safe in the gym and gives you the power of knowledge and understanding.

Weekend Strength Club

LIFT

During each class you will be participating in weightlifting exercises under the guidance and supervision of an experienced weightlifting coach. During each class your coach gives instructions and watches the class to make sure everyone is doing things safely and efficiently. Should you need some extra help with a movement, your coach is always there to give you feedback and adjustments throughout the class.

TRACK

In between sets everyone is given time to track their weights and repetitions in their program book. This important tool gives you a clearer picture of how you are progressing and where you will be making adjustments into the future. The program book is a free tool given to you during your first visit and will be great resource as you begin your strength training journey.
